Vegan Gingerbread Cake in a Multicooker
Description
The baking is simple and quick. For the lean kovrizhka, use only refined odorless oil and thick jam. The cake turns out sweet, tender, and moderately moist. To enhance the aroma, you can use various spices such as cloves, ginger, cinnamon, or nutmeg. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Measure out the ingredients for the gingerbread. I used apricot jam, which is moderately sweet, so I added 100 g of sugar. All my cups are 200 grams.
- 2
Step 2

Combine the jam with sugar and vegetable oil. Mix as much as possible.
- 3
Step 3

Add the sifted flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar. You can also add some orange zest—it goes wonderfully with apricots. Mix well.
- 4
Step 4

The dough should be moderately thick and sticky.
- 5
Step 5

Grease the multicooker pot with vegetable oil. Transfer the dough and spread it evenly in the pot. Place the pot into the multicooker. Select the "baking" mode, set the time to 50 minutes. Start.
- 6
Step 6

The cake is ready. Open the multicooker and let the cake cool slightly.
- 7
Step 7

Carefully remove the pie from the pan and let it cool. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with jam. Enjoy!
