Vegan honey cake
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. This simple recipe for a vegan honey cake is enhanced with a handful of raisins and nuts. However, if desired, you can also use fresh berries or jam, for example. The water in the dough can be perfectly replaced with a cup of tea. This is a great sweet option to enjoy with tea.

3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients, continuously stirring. Add some raisins, nuts, etc. if desired. Knead a smooth, not too thick batter. Lightly grease the multicooker bowl or a heatproof dish with vegetable oil, then pour the batter into it.
