    1. Prepare the ingredients for the casserole; today it’s a lean version, so we won’t use any eggs or milk. The mushrooms are already prepared: washed and sliced. Peel the potatoes and onions, rinse them under water. Let’s get started.

    2. Slice the onion into half‑rings, sauté for a couple of minutes in vegetable oil. Add the mushrooms, fry everything until done, then pour in soy sauce (1 tbsp) and let it evaporate.

    4. Add soy sauce (2 tbsp) and flour to the potatoes, and stir the mixture.
