Delicacies from childhood bring us back to our parents' home, to the lively family table. Beloved dishes from the family recipe collection bring warmth and coziness. Doughnuts fried in oil and sprinkled with powdered sugar, with or without filling, are perfect for a Saturday tea party with a big group. They can be served with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Gather all the ingredients needed for cooking on the table for convenience.
- 2
Step 2

Sift the flour into a bowl, then add sugar and salt.
- 3
Step 3

Add the yeast. Mix everything.
- 4
Step 4

In another bowl, beat the eggs, add condensed milk, and pour in the melted butter.
- 5
Step 5

Vigorously mix everything with a whisk.
- 6
Step 6

Pour the liquid egg mixture into the dry flour mixture.
- 7
Step 7

With a spatula, mix until you get a smooth, sticky dough. Let the bowl of dough rest for 30 minutes, covered with a kitchen towel, so it can rise slightly.
- 8
Step 8

Then fill a pastry bag with this dough—it's very convenient. You can also use an ice cream scoop to take the dough in portions. It's up to you.
- 9
Step 9

In a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Squeeze the batter from a pastry bag in small portions, previously cutting off its tip with scissors. Alternatively, add the batter with a spoon. Fry the doughnuts until golden, stirring with a spatula.
- 10
Step 10

Then, using a slotted spoon, remove the doughnuts and place them on a paper towel to remove excess vegetable oil.
- 11
Step 11

Serve the doughnuts with a light dusting of powdered sugar.
- 12
Step 12

Ready. Serve at the table.
