Description

A tasty appetizer for any gathering. This aspic can confidently be made from any type of meat, and to ensure it sets firmly, add agar-agar to the broth. If you don't have silicone molds, you can use metal ones instead. To remove the aspic from them, dip the molds in boiling water for a minute, then quickly flip them onto a plate.
