Oven Popcorn in a Bag
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This is the simplest way to make popcorn. You can also make caramel popcorn or plain popcorn without any additions. When opening the bag, be careful—there is hot steam inside that can easily burn you. The snack is ready. Serve immediately.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making popcorn in a bag in the oven.

In a bowl, mix the corn kernels, vegetable oil, and salt. Transfer the mixture to a bag. Fold over the edge and seal it. I simply sewed it shut with thread.

Place the bag in a baking dish or simply on a baking sheet. Put it in a hot oven at 180°C. Cooking will take about 20–30 minutes; the corn will pop and the bag will puff up. During this time, turn the bag over 2–3 times so it cooks evenly. Remove from the oven and let it rest in the sealed bag for another 10 minutes, then tear open the bag and serve.
