
Donuts in a Multicooker
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. For the dough for donuts, sour cream is used, but if you don’t have it, you can use kefir. The donuts fry quite quickly in a multicooker with a power of 900 W. If your equipment has lower power, you may have to fry them a little longer Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the ingredients.

Crack the chicken egg into a bowl, add the sugar, and whisk everything well.

Spoon sour cream into the resulting egg mixture. Mix everything again.

Add the soda. No need to turn off the heat.

Add flour.

Knead the dough by hand and let it rest for 20–30 minutes, covering the bowl with a towel.

Then roll out the dough into a sheet no thicker than 0.5 cm. Press out circles.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, set the program “Fry” on the display. When the oil heats up, place the donuts.

Fry the donuts for literally 1–2 minutes on each side.

Place the finished donuts on a plate. When they have cooled, you can dust them with powdered sugar.
