
Donuts in a Multi-Baker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To enhance the flavor, you can add vanillin or citrus zest to the dough. If you like, you can dip the donuts in melted chocolate.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Beat the eggs in a large bowl and add the sugar.

Beat these ingredients with a mixer until light, fluffy foam forms.

Melt the butter in a suitable saucepan over low heat.

Pour the melted butter into the bowl with the eggs beaten with sugar and continue beating with the mixer, incorporating the butter.

Sift the flour into this mixture and add the baking powder.

With a spatula, mix all the ingredients, kneading into a smooth, sticky dough.

Install the donut baking plates on the multi-baker, preheat the multi-baker, brush all working surfaces with a thin layer of vegetable oil (once is enough), and pipe the dough from a piping bag to fill the mold halves.

Close the multi-baker lid and bake the donuts according to your appliance manufacturer's recommendations; I baked them for 4 minutes.
