Description

The doughnut recipe is convenient because you can use up leftover milk that has turned sour or other fermented dairy products, except sour cream. These doughnuts also have a small peculiarity. If you let them rise a little before frying, literally 3–4 minutes, then after frying a cavity forms inside them, which can be filled with cream or jam. Be sure to try them.

    Dissolve the sugar and yeast in water.

    Pour the yeast mixture into the bread machine bucket. Add the egg and sour milk.

    Add 500 grams of flour, salt, and vanillin. Turn on the "Dough" program for 1 hour and 4 minutes.

    Monitor the kneading process; if the dough sticks, add a little flour, but no more than the specified amount. Pour in 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. As soon as a dough ball forms, close the lid and wait for the process to finish. After the beep, run the "Dough" program again for 30 minutes.

    Transfer the finished dough onto the table. Punch it down. If the dough sticks to your hands, grease your hands with vegetable oil.
