The recipe will not take much time. Delicious homemade baked goods for the whole family! Making cottage cheese doughnuts in 10 minutes is possible! The time is approximate; that is enough to prepare the dough. Frying is also quite quick and simple: the doughnuts are deep-fried for 3–4 minutes on each side. Be sure to heat the oil well (temperature around 130 degrees); when done correctly, a crispy crust forms at once and the oil does not get inside—the doughnuts turn out perfectly non-greasy. Try making this treat—a wonderful accompaniment to tea. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
