Cheese doughnuts
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It turns out that these doughnuts (made from cottage cheese dough) are much easier to prepare than traditional ones. Yeast is not used in making them, so baking takes considerably less time, and the dough itself is less finicky. Fry the doughnuts in deep oil, just like regular ones, and dust with powdered sugar before serving. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1
Place the cottage cheese into the bowl of a mixer, add granulated sugar and eggs, and beat for about 5 minutes until a smooth mixture forms.
- 2
Step 2
Add flour and baking powder to the cottage cheese mixture, mix well. Do not beat with a mixer for too long to prevent the dough from becoming air-filled.
- 3
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan (or deep fryer) and heat it thoroughly.
- 4
Step 4
Take a spoonful of the batter and shape it into a ball, then place it into the heated oil and fry until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).

Step 5
Remove the donuts from the boiling oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb the grease.

Step 6
Dust the donuts with powdered sugar and serve cooled.
