
Donuts with sausages
Description

Pour water and milk into a bowl and warm it. Sprinkle in the yeast and sugar. Let it stand for 10–15 minutes so the yeast activates.

Add salt and sifted flour.

Knead a soft, elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.

Place the dough in a warm spot for an hour to an hour and a half, until it has increased in volume.

Divide the dough into eight parts. Roll each part into a flatbread. Cut a slit in the sausage and place it on the flatbread, making a hole in the center of the flatbread like a donut.
