Doughnuts with powdered sugar
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Here's a simple recipe for donuts with powdered sugar. These donuts turn out moderately sweet and pleasantly aromatic. I recommend using ripe, even slightly overripe berries; in winter, you can substitute them with a not-too-sweet jam. If you add jam, reduce the amount of sugar in the dough. If using berries, choose a strong, full-flavored yogurt—this will make your baked goods tender and fragrant. Give it a try! Serve with tea or coffee.
