Doughnuts
Description
Olympic Rings Doughnuts are made following a regular baked doughnut recipe. Instead of icing, you can use food coloring, but I prefer icing. Thanks to the icing, melted cheese or soft cottage cheese thickens and doesn't spread over the doughnut. By the way, doughnuts made with smooth, lump-free cottage cheese turn out just as delicious. Try them and enjoy! The Sochi Olympics will bring you extra delight if you fill your home with Olympic symbols and create a festive atmosphere. Serve with tea or coffee.
