
Ryazhenka donuts

Prepare all the necessary ingredients before you start cooking.

In a large bowl, crack the eggs and add the sugar.

With a mixer, beat these ingredients until light and fluffy.

Add the ryazhenka. Whisk everything together.

Sift all the flour. Add the baking powder.

Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.

Then heat all the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. From the total mass of dough, separate small portions weighing about 30 grams each. Roll each such small piece of dough into balls and place them in the hot oil. Fry each ball-donut on all sides until an appetizing golden crust appears. Then remove the cooked donuts with a skimmer and transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb the excess vegetable oil.
