Classic cottage cheese doughnuts
Description
Delicious baked treats for the whole family. Of course, a dish fried in a large amount of oil can't be called healthy, but sometimes you just want to treat yourself to something tasty. Tender, fluffy doughnuts with a golden, crispy crust... how can you resist such temptation? Even those who aren't particularly fond of cottage cheese will devour these doughnuts with great enthusiasm. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
