Donuts from liquid batter
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. The beauty of this recipe is that you combine all the ingredients together and stir the liquid batter with a spoon—you definitely won’t get your hands dirty. The recipe is so simple that even a completely inexperienced (but adult!) cook can handle it. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Pour all the kefir into a bowl and beat in the egg. Whisk together with a whisk.
- 3
Step 3

Add sugar and salt. Mix with a whisk.
- 4
Step 4

Sift all the flour, add the baking soda.
- 5
Step 5

Knead the dough so that its consistency resembles a thick pancake batter.
- 6
Step 6

Fill a piping bag without a tip with the prepared dough.
- 7
Step 7

In a saucepan, heat a generous amount of vegetable oil over medium heat. Cut off the tip of the piping bag with the dough and carefully pipe “little sausages” into the hot oil. Fry the doughnuts until appetizingly golden. Then use a slotted spoon to lift the cooked doughnuts out of the oil, place them on paper towels, and drain off the excess oil.

Step 8

Let the finished donuts cool slightly; if you like, dust them with powdered sugar and serve.
