Doughnuts from yeast dough
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. If you don't have a bread machine, knead the dough by hand and let it rise for 2 hours. You can cut out doughnuts using cookie cutters or shape them into small balls. I fry the doughnuts in a generous amount of vegetable oil and then dust them with powdered sugar. Serve with tea or coffee.
