Doughnuts from Childhood
Description
Delicious baked treats for the whole family. To make these doughnuts, you'll need cottage cheese. For a smoother dough consistency, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. The higher the fat content of the cottage cheese, the softer the doughnuts will turn out. You can shape them not only into rounds but also cut out circles from the dough to create doughnuts with holes in the center. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Step 1

First, you need to prepare the dough. To do this, crack raw chicken eggs into a bowl, add sugar, vanilla flavoring, and cottage cheese. Mix thoroughly and add flour sifted together with baking powder. Knead until you have a soft and pliable dough.

Step 2

From the prepared dough, shape the doughnut pieces. To do this, pinch off small pieces of dough and roll them into balls, making sure they are no larger than a walnut.

Step 3

Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan or deep fryer. Heat the oil to boiling, then fry the doughnuts in the boiling oil until golden brown. Place them on paper towels to remove excess grease.
