Description

Tasty baked goods for the whole family. There's nothing difficult about making Italian doughnuts. But you need to have some culinary skills. And if you're not yet familiar with yeast dough and don't know how to make pastry cream, the recipe describes everything in detail and shows it in photos. Cornstarch in the cream can be replaced with wheat flour. Fresh yeast can be easily substituted with dry yeast, using three times less. These doughnuts are worthy of a festive table.     Prepare the ingredients for making donuts.

    But while the dough is rising, prepare the custard. Pour the milk into a saucepan and place it on the stove.

    When the milk begins to boil, pour the mixture of egg yolks, sugar, and starch into it. Constantly stirring, bring the cream to a thickened consistency. Sprinkle in the vanilla sugar and cool the cream.

    Remove the dough from the bowl, pat it together and roll it out into a sheet about 1 cm thick. Using a glass, cut out circles with a diameter of 6–7 cm.

    After a while, the little rounds will increase significantly in size and will be ready for frying.

    Pour refined sunflower oil into a pot. Heat it well and pour in the dough.
