Prepare the necessary ingredients, sterile jars, and let's get started!

Finely chop the parsley, dill, garlic, and hot pepper. Add khmeli-suneli and mix the mixture well.

Wash the tomatoes. With a sharp knife, make a cross-shaped cut without cutting all the way through. Stuff the cuts with a filling of garlic and herbs.

Place a bay leaf and peppercorns on the bottom of a sterile jar.

Pour boiling water into the jar. Cover with a lid and sterilize for 15 minutes. Sterilize a 1-liter jar for 10 minutes.
