Tomatoes in their own juice for winter
Description
Perfect for winter preserves. To make tomatoes in their own juice for winter, use ripe large tomatoes and regular tomato juice; you can also add herbs. I add bell pepper to make it sweeter, but that is optional. Garlic and horseradish will add a tangy kick. See the recipe. Store in a cool, dark place.
