Tomatoes in Chocolate
Description
This recipe won't take much time. For preparing the dessert, use dark chocolate with a high cocoa content—never milk chocolate. The slight bitterness of dark chocolate pairs well with the sweetness of cherry tomatoes. The tomatoes must be fresh and firm, with a green stem, and of a sweet variety. It can be served warm or chilled.
