Tomatoes with Cheese in a Multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Preparing tomatoes with cheese in a slow cooker is no trouble at all—the wonderful appliance will do most of the work for you. The appetizer turns out incredibly aromatic, juicy, and very tasty! Tomatoes made with this recipe can be served hot or cooled. I highly recommend giving it a try. Serve the appetizer at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all ingredients according to the list.

Step 2

First, prepare the tomatoes. Wash them well and cut off the top part with the stem using a knife — these will serve as our lids. Scoop out the flesh and juice with a spoon. You should end up with cups like these.

Step 3

For the filling, combine grated cheese, egg, mayonnaise, chopped dill, and pressed garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

If your tomatoes don't sit evenly, slice off the rounded bottom so they can stand upright and won't fall over. Stuff the tomatoes with the egg-and-cheese mixture.

Step 5

Place in the oiled bowl of the multicooker. On top, cover with the sliced “caps” and brush the tomatoes with vegetable oil. Set the “Baking” mode and cook for 10–12 minutes.
