Tomatoes with Cheese Cream

Description

Perfect for the table and with drinks. Tomatoes with cheese cream are a wonderful alternative to the usual mix of cheese and mayonnaise. In principle, the cheese cream described in this recipe can also be paired with other vegetables or crackers, but I like it best with tomatoes. Simply a gorgeous and very festive appetizer. Can be served warm or chilled.

    Cut Russian cheese into cubes, peel the garlic.

    Put diced cheese, garlic, green onion, cream cheese, and cream into the blender bowl.
