Tomatoes with Carrots
Description
This spicy, well-seasoned appetizer pairs well with meat dishes, buckwheat porridge, and pasta. It is easy to make: you can chop everything and marinate it ahead of time, then serve it when needed. If you want to make it for children, leave out the hot seasoning—you will get a tasty, juicy salad. Cook with pleasure. Serve the appetizer at the table.
