Tomatoes Provençal
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The most important rule is that the tomatoes must be ripe and sweet, yet firm, with thick walls. I highly recommend using seasonal tomatoes in particular—and if you're lucky, ones from your own garden. French cuisine can be not only delicious but simple too! I'm confident that after trying it once, you'll make this appetizer again and again. Many insist the dish is best served warm, but I think it's just as tasty cold. A wonderful and healthy appetizer. Keep this recipe handy. Serve the appetizer at the table.
