Sweet Pickled Tomatoes
Description
A canning recipe without unnecessary fuss. I’ve been putting up sweet marinated tomatoes for years now, and they’re always gone by spring. My family and guests both love them. Choose small, firm but ripe tomatoes. When you make the marinade, taste it—you can tweak it a little if you like. My sweet marinated tomatoes come out tender and pleasant, without too much bite. Try canning tomatoes with this recipe and you’ll make sweet marinated tomatoes again and again. Good luck—and your preserves are ready to store for winter.
