Tomatoes Stuffed with Cheese and Cucumbers
Description
It works both for holidays and for everyday meals. I saw this original and delicious appetizer at my friend's festive table. The appetizer was very tasty and appetizing — honestly, everyone was delighted and snatched up these tomatoes in no time. Of course, everyone asked for the recipe. It can be served warm or chilled.

Prepare all necessary ingredients. Choose small tomatoes of roughly uniform size. Ideally, they should be firm and springy.

Cut the cucumber into small cubes. Note: if the cucumber skin is bitter, peel it.

Step 3

Mix the cucumber with mayonnaise and cream cheese. If desired, you can also add finely chopped herbs (parsley or dill) and a pinch of dried oregano. Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly until smooth and uniform.
