
Tomatoes Stuffed with Chicken Fillet and Vegetables

Thanks to its ingredients, this appetizer turns out quite filling and, of course, tasty. Stuffed tomatoes always go over wonderfully—everyone wants to try at least one. You can serve them either cold or hot—whichever you prefer. Serve the appetizer to the table.

Finely chop the onion and bell pepper, and sauté over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Mince the garlic and add it to the pepper and onion.

Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and fry until half-cooked.

Add the sautéed pepper, onion, and garlic to the chicken fillet, along with the corn. Mix well, add cumin, and sauté for another 5–7 minutes over medium heat.

We treat the tomatoes as follows: cut off the tops and, using a teaspoon, scoop out the flesh.

Place our chicken and vegetable filling into the tomato, sprinkle grated cheese on top, and bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 10-12 minutes. It can be served hot or cold.
