Cherry tomatoes with spices, dried in the oven
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. This dish is essentially a universal tomato sauce, but the twist is that this topping isn’t liquid—it actually holds its shape very well, which is why it works with a much wider variety of dishes. And the concentrated flavor of tomatoes and spices is simply unmatched. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
