
Korean-Style Cherry Tomatoes
Description
This appetizer is quick and easy to make. You can serve it at a festive table or with a shot of vodka. Keep it in the refrigerator and serve it cold. Be patient — and the reward will not keep you waiting; you are sure to love these little tomatoes. The tomatoes are spicy, but in moderation. Serve the appetizer at the table.

1. If you like it very spicy, you can add chili to the recipe. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half; remove the stems. Wash the pepper, peel it and 2 heads of garlic, and run everything through a meat grinder.

2. Chop all the herbs with a knife, or finely chop them using a blender. Add salt, sugar, vinegar, and vegetable oil.

3. In a large jar, layer the tomatoes, then a layer of herbs and garlic; alternate the layers until all the vegetables are used up.

4. Tightly close the jar with the lid and turn it upside down; refrigerate for 8–10 hours. Then take the jar out again, turn it upside down, and refrigerate for another 8–10 hours.

5. Carefully remove the ready-made cherry tomatoes from the jar and place them on a plate.
