
Sweet Potato Frosting
Description
Spicy, sweet, juicy, delicious, and slightly unusual fudge will make a wonderful holiday dessert. If desired, you can add other spices to the fudge to your taste, or make the fudge thinner by using a larger pan.

1. Line a 20x20 cm glass baking dish with parchment paper, letting the paper extend over the edges of the dish, and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, melt white chocolate, butter, and condensed milk together until smooth. This can be done in a microwave.

3. Pour the melted mixture into the bowl of a food processor and mix with sweet potato puree, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and half of the powdered sugar.

4. While the food processor is running, add the remaining powdered sugar and mix. The fondant should appear very thick and sticky.

5. Add the chopped nuts and mix.

6. Pour the mixture into the prepared mold and smooth the surface with a spatula. Place in the refrigerator until the glaze hardens, about 2 hours.

7. Remove the fudge from the refrigerator and take it out of the mold by pulling on the edges of the parchment paper. Using a sharp knife, cut the fudge into small squares.
