Prepare all ingredients.

Cream soft butter with sugar.

Add the yolks one at a time, whisking the mixture with a wire whisk after each addition.

Add paste-like cottage cheese. To do this, run it through a meat grinder first or blend it in a blender.

Separately, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Fold the egg whites into the curd mixture in 2–3 stages.
