The fragrant and incredibly tasty loaf is very easy and simple to prepare. Thanks to the beans and famous Kraków sausage, the loaf turns out to be very filling. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. Soak the beans overnight or for at least 4 hours, then cook until tender.

2. Cut the Krakowska sausage and hard cheese into small cubes.

3. Cut the olives into 2 or 4 pieces, finely chop the herbs.

4. Mix the boiled and cooled beans, sausage and cheese, herbs and olives.

5. Now let's prepare the dough: whisk the sour cream, mayonnaise, and eggs with a whisk until smooth.

6. Add salt, pepper, soda, and sifted flour. Knead the sticky dough.

8. Transfer the resulting mixture into a rectangular baking dish and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
