Description

The recipe for Polish kulich wasn’t invented by me, naturally—I took it from a cookbook of traditional Polish cuisine. I liked it so much that last Easter we decided to bake exactly this Polish kulich. Everyone loved it absolutely, so I’m happy to share the recipe with you too. Good luck with making it! :) The bake is done. Serve at the table.

Take a baking tin, grease it with butter. Spoon our dough into it.

  9. 9

    Step 9

    Step 9

Bake for 50–60 minutes at 180 degrees.

  10. 10

    Step 10

    Step 10

Remove the finished kulich from the oven and let it rest.

  11. 11

    Step 11

Drizzle the kulich with a mixture of lemon juice and confectioners’ sugar. If you like, you can sprinkle with shredded coconut. Let the glaze set — and the kulich is ready to serve.
