Healthy chips
Description
Of course, zucchini chips aren't the kind of chips we're used to seeing on store shelves. But there's a reason these chips are called healthy—they're completely natural, baked in the oven. Healthy zucchini chips make the perfect snack and a wonderful appetizer. They're simple and quick to prepare, and just as quick to eat, by the way :) Serve with fresh herbs and sauce.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. I managed to find a very young zucchini, small in size, with thin green skin. Chips made from such a zucchini will turn out perfect.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the zucchini into 5–6 mm thick rounds.
- 3
Step 3

Place the zucchini slices in a bowl, add olive oil, and gently toss so the slices don't break and the oil fully coats the zucchini.
- 4
Step 4

Grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix it with breadcrumbs. Add salt and pepper to this mixture. Mix well.
- 5
Step 5

Dip the zucchini rounds in the resulting mixture on both sides and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6
Step 6

Place the zucchini chips in the oven for 20–30 minutes (temperature — 180 degrees). The zucchini should be soft inside, with a fragrant, crispy crust forming on the outside.
