
Polenta with apples

Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the ingredients.

Mix the dry ingredients: polenta, flour, sugar, and breadcrumbs (or coarse bread crumbs).

Mix the liquid ingredients: milk, honey, eggs, olive oil.

Peel and core the apples, then cut them into large cubes.
