
Polenta with Parmesan
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The indicated time includes far from all active work, so don't consider this dish complicated. Serve hot.

1. Pour the broth (or water, if broth is not available) into a saucepan, bring to a boil. Add the grain. Cook over medium heat for about half an hour, stirring occasionally.

2. Add salt, spices, and half of the cheese.

3. Mix thoroughly, and after a couple of minutes, remove from heat.

4. Transfer to a suitable container, smooth out, and let cool for at least an hour. You can also cook the polenta the night before, for example.

5. Cut into small pieces.

6. Place in a heatproof dish lined with parchment paper.

7. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

8. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
