Polish sausage with potatoes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use any meat; polendwica is made from chicken, pork, beef, and even horse meat. This time I'm using beef. If you have ready-made polendwica on hand, you can use that; however, I'm using fresh beef tenderloin. Serve hot.
