Bulgur with meat in a multicooker

60 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. The porridge is cooked using a modern appliance, yet tastes just like it's made from an old traditional recipe. You can use any kind of meat (chicken, beef, pork). The finished porridge turns out soft, rich in flavor, and very filling. Serve it with fresh herbs or sauce. 1. First, I'll prepare the beef: wash it, pat dry with a paper towel, cut into small pieces of any shape, then season with salt and pepper. 2. Peel and wash the carrot, grate it finely. Peel and wash the onion, then dice it finely. 3. Place oil into the multicooker bowl, add the beef, carrot, and onion on top. Select the "Sauté" program and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally if needed. 4. Sort and rinse the bulgur, transfer it into the bowl with the vegetables, mix well, then pour in water. Close the multicooker lid, select the "Stewing" program and set the timer for 30 minutes. 5. Transfer the cooked porridge into a plate, serve hot, garnished with some fresh herbs (dill or parsley). Serve warm.
