cake
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The original version calls for baking each cake layer separately, but it's much easier to bake everything in one pan and then slice it into layers. The frosting is incredibly simple, yet delicious. The cake looks impressive: a combination of chocolate layers with a snowy white cream (based on sour cream and nuts). Let it chill for several hours, then serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
