Beef brisket
Description
Beef brisket can generally be prepared in any way: boiled, stewed, smoked, or grilled. I like to make grilled rolls from brisket; today I'll share the recipe.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash the meat and pat it dry. Carefully cut it with a knife and pound with a mallet to form a 2-3 cm thick cutlet.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the bell pepper, cut it into small cubes, and fry in a pan until golden. Evenly spread the pepper over the entire surface of the meat.
- 3
Step 3

Wash and dry the spinach, then place it on top of the pepper.
- 4
Step 4

Season with salt and pepper on top, spread an even layer of "Feta" cheese, and roll up the meat into a roll.
- 5
Step 5

Tie the roll with kitchen twine and coat it with vegetable oil on all sides.
- 6
Step 6

Place the meat on the grill and sear each side until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. If you prefer it more well-done, cook a bit longer, but don't overcook.
