Boletus mushrooms baked in the oven
Description
When preparing this dish, I recommend using fresh boletus mushrooms. It is not advisable to cook mushrooms in aluminum cookware, as this may cause the mushrooms to change color, lose vitamins, and develop an unpleasant taste. It is best to use glass or stainless steel cookware.
Instructions

Step 1

1. First, thoroughly rinse the boletus mushrooms under cold running water. Then place them whole on a baking sheet previously greased with vegetable oil (if there are large ones, cut them in half).

Step 2

2. Grind the pepper, garlic, salt, and herbs in a mortar, then spread the resulting mixture over the mushrooms. Instead of using a mortar, you can chop the herbs, garlic, and pepper in a blender (in this case, do not add salt).

3. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Set the oven to 220°C and bake for about 20 minutes.
