
Boletus mushrooms cooked over an open fire
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. As you can see, in this case, my recipe for cooking boletus over an open fire differs slightly from the classic version—I just didn't dare to fry freshly gathered mushrooms right away. And it's not very exciting to simply boil mushrooms—right? So this improved and very simple recipe for boletus over an open fire was born. Give it a try. The finished dish can be served at the table.

1. Carefully sort through the mushrooms and cut them into pieces of arbitrary size.

2. Place a pot with water and salt over the fire and let it heat up. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into pieces of arbitrary size.

3. As soon as the water boils, add the mushrooms and cook until they sink—that's a sign they're done.

4. Add potatoes and onions (you can add the onions whole). At the very end, add a little vermicelli like "Rolton" and a bit of sausage.

5. Optionally season with mayonnaise or sour cream. Delicious mushroom soup is ready!
