
Fried boletus mushrooms with potatoes
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. When mushroom season arrives, I always cook boletus mushrooms fried with potatoes using a classic recipe. My family really enjoys this dish, although it takes me about 2 hours to prepare. The finished dish can be served at the table.

1. The most important and time-consuming step is preparing the mushrooms. First, soak them in cold water, then simmer for about 30 minutes over low heat.

2. Only after this can you fry the boletus mushrooms in vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste, then cover with a lid. Once the liquid has evaporated, add vegetable oil and reduce the heat. Cook the mushrooms for about 30 minutes over low heat.

3. While the boletus mushrooms are frying, slice the potatoes. I usually cut them into thin strips.

4. Now fry the potatoes, and halfway through frying, add the finely chopped onion. Cook until done, then add the prepared mushrooms at the end.

5. Mix thoroughly and serve in portions. These fried boletus mushrooms with potatoes prepared at home turn out to be incredibly delicious, and combined with potatoes and onions, they create a unique aroma!
