
Mushroom and onion sauce

1. Peel the onion and finely chop it, mince the garlic clove.

2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan, add the onion and sauté for 2-4 minutes.

3. Add garlic to the onion and cook for another minute, then add the mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes. Transfer everything to a separate bowl.

4. Return the pot to the heat, melt the remaining butter in it, and add the flour.
