I make sauce like in a cafeteria, with onion. You can skip the onion if you prefer. Without onion, just follow the recipe below, omitting the step of frying the onion. You can add more spices to the sauce if you'd like. It all depends on the dish you're going to serve with the sauce. I most often use this sauce to enhance meatballs or breaded chicken cutlets.
