Gravy for rice

Description

I really like mushroom sauce for rice. The mushroom slices look beautiful and smell delicious. You can use any mushrooms for this sauce, even dried or canned ones. Start cooking the rice at the same time you begin preparing the sauce. I often use leftover rice, simply frying it a bit in vegetable oil, then adding the sauce.
