Description
I love this sauce because it's very easy to prepare and completely different from classic tomato-based versions. If you'd like to diversify your usual menu, I highly recommend trying this sauce. 1. First, wash, dry, and finely chop the leek. 2. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté the leek until translucent. 3. Add soy sauce. 4. For those who enjoy a bit of spice, I recommend adding a pinch of pepper. 5. You can also add a pinch of sugar to slightly enhance the flavor. 6. That's it—the sauce is ready. Remove it from the heat. 7. Meanwhile, cook the porridge in salted water until done. Let it sit covered for 15–20 minutes so it steams well. 8. Mix the cooked porridge with the sauce and stir. Now you can serve the dish.
